Because these are personal commissions, the artwork cannot be used for profit. This means it cannot be used for business logos, merchandise for sale, or NFTs. (If you do need commercial artwork, just let me know in your message!)

I retain the full copyright to the artwork, including preliminary sketches. The artwork may not be resold, distributed, or altered without my written permission.

I love sharing the pieces I create! I reserve the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes on my website and social media. However, if your portrait is a surprise gift, just let me know and I will be happy to hold off on posting it until the big reveal.
